I have had a part for my air bags on order for several months. I called again today to check if the parts ever came into make the repair. I was put on hold, but no one ever came back with an answer. Jim Shorkey Nissan has the worst customer service of any dealership I have ever been too. Chris Sanchez who is a service manager is one of the worst. I bought a titan truck with a tow package and they didn’t have a relay switch so the camper lights didn’t work. I contacted Mr Sanchez and he told me to purchase the switch. Send him a picture of the receipt and he would send me a refund. That was 4 months ago. He has not returned any of my voice mails and when I ask for him specifically. He always says he is in a meeting. I am not usually one to write reviews but Jim Shorkey Nissan was so bad with the sales and the follow up service that I am only hoping someone rewards this before they think about buying from them More

Bought car here will not be back to have service done here again! As soon as I left lights on dash lit up like a Christmas tree. Had to turn around and come back. Very disappointed with carriage.
