We went into Carriage Nissan looking to trade in our 2007 Kia Sedona and Chuck, our sales guy, came up immediately and we just hit it off from the start. We were trying to get something used to keep the payments down and found a 2006 Altama that we fell in love with, but due to the negative equity in our van (only having it 3 years) we were going to have to buy something new. Chuck showed us some new Altama's, but we knew the payment was going to just go up so we looked into the Sentra. Chuck was totally on the same page with us and wanted to make sure we got the car that would make us happy, not just any car and not car if we could afford it or not. He wasn't pushy at all, which is something we really liked about him. He worked with us several days, working around our busy schedules as my husband is in school and we have church as well, until we finally were able to determine 1st off - what vehicle we wanted as well as what we could do financially. Then we sat down and crunched some #'s until we came up with what worked. We were in such a hurry the night we signed the papers that we didn't have time for them to clean the car & do the final delivery that night so Chuck told me I could just bring it back on Friday and they could do it then. So we came back 2 days later (Thursday night didn't work for us), on Friday and my 11 yr old daughter was with us. She absolutely LOVED our van, but understood why we needed to get something a little smaller. None-the-less she was still very sad about us trading in the van. Chuck went out of his way to make sure that she was able to say "goodbye" to the van (as she wasn't with us the night we traded it) and then help cheer her up by showing her other cars in the show room and talking about how cool our new car is with the Blue Tooth capability. We feel like we not only had a great sales person, but someone we could even consider a friend. Once we were finished, Tony, went out and helped us in setting up our phone to the car with the blue tooth. She was an amazing help and super friendly as well. She even made my daughter feel extremely important in the whole process. I would TOTALLY recommend Carriage Nissan to all my friends and anyone I come in contact with about getting a new, or even used, car. They are amazing! More

Open on a Sunday afternoon, driving around looking for new cars, pulled into Carriage Nissan. Had no salesman come running out hovering over us, could look as much as we wanted. I would highly recommend Carriage Nissan in Gainesville if you are in the market for a car. We originally stopped by to take a quick look at the Murano models on site. We were greeted by our sales person if you are in the market for a car. We originally stopped by to take a quick look at the Murano models on site. We were greeted by our sales person, Chuck Mjolsness who was helpful and answered many of our initial questions. He inquired whether we were seriously looking for a car, and if so he thought there were many available options he could suggest. We said we were really just starting our search, but that the Murano was one of the top autos on our list. He asked if we had some time to discuss some of the cars available and we accepted. Chuck was nothing but professional in his approach and worked hard to get us what he thought would be a great deal. He was never pushy and worked very hard to satisfy our needs and wants in an automobile. We had never planned to buy a car that day, but Chuck and his associate Sam worked very hard to get us a great price on the car we wanted. After numerous offers, counter offers and negotiations, we were able to come to an agreement and purchased the Murano with all of the options we were looking for. Chuck made the deal and the paperwork very easy to work through. Both Chuck and Sam were very patient with my questions and concerns, but everything was explained to me satisfaction. Chuck without a doubt was one of the best car salesmen I have ever dealed with in all my years of buying cars. He is an asset the Carriage Nissan and I would highly recommend any one thinking about a Nissan to ask for Chuck. After the close and Nissan's delivery of the car, it was turned over the Stephanie who explained all of the functions of the Murano and set up our first service appointment. She took us into the Service Department and introduced us to the Service Manager explaining how Carriage works when cars come in for service appointments. Our car was just what we expected. It was clean and comfortable with all the Bells and whistles. It was one of the most rewarding experiences my wife and I ever had in buying a car. The people at Carriage Nissan were some of the most professional and friendly sale people we have ever experienced. I would ( and will ) recommend Carriage Nissan to anyone looking to purcahse a car.
