Terribly buying experience! Only shop here if you want to deal with all kinds of hidden fees and shady business practices, while being told how "transparent" they are being. The Only shop here if you want to deal with all kinds of hidden fees and shady business practices, while being told how "transparent" they are being. They will also make you wait HOURS (10-15 minutes at a time), probably to wear you down so you will just sign. They will attempt to hide in exorbitant fees for things you did not ask for, like stain coating. They will add used car reconditioning fees to the internet prices, despite reconditioning being part of selling used cars (including on cars that do not actually need reconditioning). They will obfuscate the interest rate so you don't know what you are getting, even if you have your own financing you came in with. The price you see listed online will NOT be the price you will end up paying if you buy here. Stay away. The guys on the sales floor were all friendly and will offer you drinks or stale popcorn, but that does not make up for shady sales practices. More
Cody the finance manager told us over the phone he had an approval for us and even messaged me on Saturday stating that if i would change my plans and come in on that day that the GM would make it worthwhile approval for us and even messaged me on Saturday stating that if i would change my plans and come in on that day that the GM would make it worthwhile to change my plans. When we got there today he indeed had not run the credit made us fill out a paper application after we had done one online said he still needed a paper copy then told us that we couldn't get a truck without paying over $800 a month for a pre-owned truck then said i can get you in an SUV for $350 a month when we called back to see what SUV was for that price a month he tried to say he didn't say that price a month. And come to find out when brought up to the GM about the promise on Saturday the GM knew nothing about it. More
Quick summary of my experience here since I’ve been receiving multiple auto generated sales emails. — I came out last week to look at a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk that I had seen online. I sp receiving multiple auto generated sales emails. — I came out last week to look at a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk that I had seen online. I spent 45 minutes there without actually looking at or driving a vehicle. Chris and Cody treated me like xxxx. I’ve never been this uncomfortable when I’m the customer. I explained my situation and was treated like I was being punished. After finally looking at a driving one car I was being forced to buy the one Altima I test drove and wasn’t given the chance to look at other options. After the test drive we went back and I sat around waiting for a good while. When I told Chris I’d rather wait until the next day(it was 8pm and I was extremely tired because I had been there over 2 hours) he got upset with me. Visually he was sweating and stuttering his words. I told him I would be okay finding out what my trade offer would be and see what type of deal we could work. But that id like to wrap the deal up tomorrow if that was okay. He proceeded to interrogate me about this. He stormed into the management office for 10 minutes and came back and said they would only offer me $30k on my $52k truck. (Market value) obviously I know the trade in is gonna be a bit less. Not 22k less though 😳 I told him how I felt about that answer and wanted to leave. He still wanted to try and talk down to me. So I proceeded to try and leave. He spend another 15 minutes in the management office, then brought me my keys so I could be released to go home. I felt as if I were being held captive. Later that evening, Cody called me and asked what happened. I explained how I felt and he apologized profusely. I was told he would call me the next day and get an actual appraisal on my truck and work with me directly. He said he wanted to speak with his general manager about the situation. Never heard back. I’ve since obtained $10k cash to put toward a vehicle plus my trade. I do have bad credit, but also have a co signer(mother) that has excellent credit(750+). I’m in the market still, but due to the treatment I received and with no follow up or explanation I’m not sure I’d be comfortable working with you all. I really hope this is not the typical treatment of a customer. More

Then I find out the tires on my car are dry rotted from the inside out. I have never had such a bad experience in my life. I will not use them again. They do not want to fix or own up to their mistakes. Don’t do business here. I will stick to ford from here on out!!! More

They do not stand behind their cars. I bought a 2018 Nissan Frontier and within 200 miles the engine light came on. I took it back, they hooked it up, and said that the catalytic converter needed to be replaced. They said it was on backorder but that it was safe to drive. It went dead in less than 200 more miles and will not crank. I had it towed to the dealer and told them I want to trade it, but they say they have no diagnostic and will not even give a trade in. Their full-time service Advisor told me twice it was on backorder, now they say they have no record. Instead of an understanding manager, I could only talk with his go-between salesman. Very disappointed. They give you the runaround and don't care. I have a $24000 loan and they have the truck and will not say when it can be repaired. Buyer beware. More
