I even texted the advisor and asked about my brakes because I’ve been hearing squealing. I asked about my rear drum brakes because I know nothing about when or how often those should be changed and all the advisor said was brakes need replacing. That was not helpful and I surely will not bring my vehicle to Carriage for the brake replacement. If an advisor is not willing to communicate, I will go elsewhere. More
