During my oil change visit, the tech usually does an inspection to let you know what services are needed or will be needed soon. However, I did not receive a report at all. Therefore, I highly doubt my inspection to let you know what services are needed or will be needed soon. However, I did not receive a report at all. Therefore, I highly doubt my tires were rotated and balanced as they should have been and I should have received the fluids and other things update. I even texted the advisor and asked about my brakes because I’ve been hearing squealing. I asked about my rear drum brakes because I know nothing about when or how often those should be changed and all the advisor said was brakes need replacing. That was not helpful and I surely will not bring my vehicle to Carriage for the brake replacement. If an advisor is not willing to communicate, I will go elsewhere. More
