I have had a part for my air bags on order for several months. I called again today to check if the parts ever came into make the repair. I was put on hold, but no one ever came back with an answer. This effort to get my air bags repaired has gone on since this last February. Do not use this dealership if you want customer service. More
This place is terrible. They make you pay $1995 for a protection plan that you do not want and have no option of taking it off. Why would you put a protection plan for seats They make you pay $1995 for a protection plan that you do not want and have no option of taking it off. Why would you put a protection plan for seats and in/ext protection plan on a used 39k mile car and make someone pay that when they do not want it? I have spoken to the manager Fred and he was no help and said it was based on a month-to-month basis that they can't and will not do anything. Some cars have the protection, and some do not and now a month later now it's an option if you want the protection plan. That doesn't make sense of how it changes month to month on a protection plan that isn't optional to the buyer. They will not answer the phones and will not call you back. I have called multiple times more then 10 and still no answer or response. Interesting story is that Casey Harper said that the protection plan is optional and Fred George the manager said it was not optional, and he will not do anything to help. They do not want to keep customers around for future business all they want is the quick money and to screw over the next one. AWFUL EXPERIENCE AND WILL NEVER GO BACK. They can fix the problem and never will because they don't care about you only your money. This isn't the first time this has been state on complaints from them either. More

The last service manager cleared the check engine light without opening a repair and said it was a glitch in the system. We took it to have the code run “complete turbo failure” brought the vehicle back and nothing but issue- mind you the vehicle had 13 miles on it. That service manager has since been fired. My husband hit a pot hole where they were doing roadwork on Monday, we brought the vehicle back to Nissan as to not void any warranty’s and against our better judgement. We were told two new rims and tires had been ordered and one of the Rims came in broken and had to be returned, we came here personally on Wednesday to ensure that was the case having little faith in this company. We were told the rim had been returned and therefore we couldn’t see it. (Mind you it was quite funny that this happened because my husband asked to have the wheels and rims off the vehicle so he could inspect the damage himself) We were told the vehicle would be completed by Thursday morning before lunch, given the storm we didn’t return to pick up the vehicle until Saturday morning and we get here it’s NOT READY. No phone calls, no contact with our insurance company, no nothing. We are told the vehicle will take 15 minutes and be completed, finally get the manager over (15 minutes later) the vehicle had still not been pulled into the bay!!! The service technician was nightmare, just apologized but never got the ball rolling. Personally I would like to be contacted by the general manager or Jim Shorkey himself. By far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I never write reviews, but this dealership has been so bad, I am writing this in hope that someone else doesn't have to deal with them. Unfortunately, my Nissan Titan transmission broke in Helen Ga. I had to tow it to Nissan in Gainesville, Ga. Everyone in the service area was extremely polite and tried helping me. However, they told me my transmission was shot (only 5 years old and 6 months out of warranty). 9,000 dollars for a new transmission, so I ended up trading it in and buying a 2021 Titan. Sales dept. was horrible. Took total advantage of me being out of state. Long story short. They were suppose to cut me a check for a relay switch. 79 dollars. It took over 30 phone calls and 4 months to get it. They were also suppose to send me the second key for the vehicle. It has been over a year. I finally got the key and they said I had to bring it in to my Nissan dealership and they would reimburse me for the key coding. It has been over a month and still no refund. No one calls back, No one has done anything to try to help with this disaster of a purchase. If I could do it all over again, I would have paid the 9,000 and then sold my Titan so I wouldn't have to deal with this extremely poor service at this dealership. More

Adding charges that was not mentioned prior or during the sales process. “Care Package”. Posting stickers to the window after car being sold to up charge! Car did not have the sticker on the windshield when we drove it. Because I questioned the charge when signing the documents they put it on the car while we were inside and argued that it was already installed and charged me $1995 for something I don’t want or need! I want to see the cameras!! I asked for a manager and they did not comply to my request! They faked the up charge and manipulated the situation by putting the sticker on the car!! I want my money back for the “plan” you offer that was not noted or mentioned for this vehicle that I don’t want or need!! More
