When I purchase my Mitsubishi outlander from this dealership I was told I would get three free oil changes with my purchase now they are advertising two years free oil changes with the purchase this dealership I was told I would get three free oil changes with my purchase now they are advertising two years free oil changes with the purchase this is a lie apparently in fine print it states if you don't exactly make the oil changes on the exact date they're due then this deal is void, The cars are not so delicate that if you miss it but they'll be problems down the road if so they need to be manufacturing a better vehicle people are hard on their cars and they can't always get to a dealership to change their oil when it is exactly due, Plus they use synthetic oil in these vehicles and synthetic oil can go longer than 5,000 mi so they're full of xxxx, I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership again, I don't deal with stupid games I told them from day one exactly what I expected, and they have now fell short of my expectations and I will find another place to purchase vehicles from in the future they have lost a customer that was loyal to this dealership because of their service department. I don't remember the employee's name but he's the only man that's ever sitting at the desk of the service department, his condescending and a jerk they should really consider removing this individual from their service department so that they don't lose any more customers. The vehicle overall is a good vehicle I've had little to no problems with it since I buy it The only issues I experience is a few electrical glitches sometimes with the radio video console and it didn't want to connect to my wife's iPhone 16 when we first bought the car but now they have upgraded the system and it accepts iPhone 16. The car itself is a little small a little more compact than I would have liked next time I'll buy a larger vehicle unfortunately Mitsubishi doesn't make anything larger so I'm guessing my next vehicle will not be a Mitsubishi. Great dealership, they were very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles. Mr. Ramirez did a great job and I would recommend him as a salesman to anyone, we didn't feel presured by him for a knowledgeable about the vehicles. They do not price match even if they’re not busy in the service center. Asking over 100 dollars for a single front end alignment(the rear can’t be aligned on some models don’t get scammed) on a mirage is a service center. After asking the service desk lady to please lower the price.. she looked at me like I had 4 heads. She came back to me and said the best she could do was 89 dollars.. I understand it’s a dealer.. but I bought the car from you guys.. stop ripping off your customers. Proof is in the pudding, I took a my car in for a warranty check and they haven’t found anything wrong. I set them up with a very very simple test.(I personally just wanted to know how corrupt or unintelligent they really are). I changed 1 brake pad on each front wheel(the inside pad was worn to the steel).(I told them I think it might be a front wheel bearing) They looked it over and said nothing was wrong. This place is garbage. (Btw they charged $140 for a single hour, just to rip you off..) NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR/buy a car from them! More

Great Customer Service!!!! Good Afternoon, I can not tell you how pleased I am with this dealership. I was referred to this dealership from the Kia dealership. I have a 2020 Good Afternoon, I can not tell you how pleased I am with this dealership. I was referred to this dealership from the Kia dealership. I have a 2020 Kia Telluride and wanted to get the nitro put in my tires and this is where I was sent. From the time I made my appointment and I arrived to this dealership I was treated very well. Frank Novobilsky and Bob the service manager both introduced themselves to me and explained how they were going to change the air over to nitro for me. Told me that they would service my vehicle anytime I would need service done to my Kia. I am a manager at a hotel and I train my staff in the proper customer service and let me tell you both these gentleman went above and beyond. I will definitely be making all my service appointments here with these gentleman. Thank you, Marion Lackey More
HOLD ON TO YOUR MONEY I purchased a 2013 Suzuki Kizashi from the dealership new. I love the car and had no problem with it until approx 2 weeks ago. The rear passenger side I purchased a 2013 Suzuki Kizashi from the dealership new. I love the car and had no problem with it until approx 2 weeks ago. The rear passenger side started having a rattle. I called the dealership to ask for an appt on Friday 9/4/2015. I was told that they could see me on that date because they were "short-staffed".WE have an extended warrenty on the car so on Tues 9/8/2015,the car was examined and we were told that the right rear lower shock bolt backed out and that possible damage to the knuckle. . In order to see if the knuckle was damaged they wanted 125.00..We declined the work and we were told that this could cause further damage or personal injury. They recommended that the vechicle not to be driven. No one could explain how the the bolt could of become loosened and cause that kind of damage except for "normal bumps on the road" (42713 miles) The total of work that the car needed was expected to be over 700.00 My husband paid 53.24 for the service fee and left. We had a friend of ours also look at the car-agreed that the bolt was lose,but did see any involvement of the shocks. He recommended to get another opinion. We took it down to the neighborhood garage where we normally have our cars serviced. The car was serviced , the shocks were found to be functioning properly,The bolt was noted to be lose (about half-way out). They checked for other damage,retighten that bolt-checked the remaining bolts,and test drove it. THE COST??????? 42.00 More
I took my car in for a tranny problem and the service guys all have attitudes and dont want to listen to you. They tell you what they will do.
