No rust, no dings or dents, no mechanical issues etc As you can see in the photos, there was about 4-5 inches of water underneath the spare tire and underneath the floor of the entire cabin. Along with the water damage and mold, there was also a black ant nest under the back seat. Before purchasing, there were no tale-tell signs of water damage. (I have been a mechanic my entire life) They had covered the smell of the mold with strong perfume. As soon as I discovered the issue, I called the dealership and it was around a week before they could fit me in. When I picked up the car, they said they couldn’t find any issues at all. It just happened to rain that following week, and I noticed more water leaking in. I took it to my garage and diagnosed it myself as clogged drain plugs from the sun roof. I unclogged them and called the dealership to inform them of the solved issue and asked if they could remove all of the water and dry the carpets. It took another week to get the car in their shop to remove the water. After picking the car back up, I double check to ensure the car is dry, but the entire cabin floor was still saturated. They had dried the trunk, but didn’t touch the cabin. I immediately call the Sales manager, who spoke with the service manager and said it will be taken care of. He gave me the number to call and set up another appointment. After a week of calling, leaving voice mails and not receiving a single returned call, I decide take it up the chain to the general manager, Mike Opal. To recap, it has been a month since I’ve owned this car and haven’t been able to drive it due to excess water and smell of mold. During the call with Mike, the general manager, he made the comment that prompted me to write this review. He said “ You bought a used care, we were only being kind to you [by attempting to diagnose and dry it]” He is acting like I am some begging charity case because they sold me a car under false pretenses (by covering mold with perfume) and now that they have my money, they don’t care about “customer service”. The only one that seems to care about the customer was the sales manager Steve Parco. He is the only redeeming quality about this dealership. I decided to spend a week ripping every seat out myself and hang drying all of the carpets. As you can see in the photos, there was in fact black mold growing in the cabin. I have purchased hundreds of cars in my lifetime, but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. The dishonesty of their service center is unbelievable and I want to warn any future customer about what you may deal with if you decide you want to risk buying a car from here. More

They do not price match even if they’re not busy in the service center. Asking over 100 dollars for a single front end alignment(the rear can’t be aligned on some models don’t get scammed) on a mirage is a service center. After asking the service desk lady to please lower the price.. she looked at me like I had 4 heads. She came back to me and said the best she could do was 89 dollars.. I understand it’s a dealer.. but I bought the car from you guys.. stop ripping off your customers. Proof is in the pudding, I took a my car in for a warranty check and they haven’t found anything wrong. I set them up with a very very simple test.(I personally just wanted to know how corrupt or unintelligent they really are). I changed 1 brake pad on each front wheel(the inside pad was worn to the steel).(I told them I think it might be a front wheel bearing) They looked it over and said nothing was wrong. This place is garbage. (Btw they charged $140 for a single hour, just to rip you off..) NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR/buy a car from them! More

Great Customer Service!!!! Good Afternoon, I can not tell you how pleased I am with this dealership. I was referred to this dealership from the Kia dealership. I have a 2020 Good Afternoon, I can not tell you how pleased I am with this dealership. I was referred to this dealership from the Kia dealership. I have a 2020 Kia Telluride and wanted to get the nitro put in my tires and this is where I was sent. From the time I made my appointment and I arrived to this dealership I was treated very well. Frank Novobilsky and Bob the service manager both introduced themselves to me and explained how they were going to change the air over to nitro for me. Told me that they would service my vehicle anytime I would need service done to my Kia. I am a manager at a hotel and I train my staff in the proper customer service and let me tell you both these gentleman went above and beyond. I will definitely be making all my service appointments here with these gentleman. Thank you, Marion Lackey More

Was then told it’d be done the next day. Still wasn’t done. Then told it would be done on Saturday. To no surprise it still wasn’t done. Finally called and asked as directly as possible, when would my car actually be done because at this point I’ve given up 3 days of having plans because I’ve had to sit around the house waiting for your phone call. Been lied to about when it would be actually done. I would have wanted you to tell me it wouldn’t be done until next week. Guess what? It’s now 9/4 and my car is still not done. When I was guaranteed that my car would be done. I’m actually fuming about this. I’ve had no form of transportation for a week now. More
