i gave a high rating becausse his attention to my needs was very good. He gave the attention about a car that I had never seen before. The car had many features and he went over each with expertise. As a woman driver some sale people try to act as though these details are not important to us but it is and I appreciated this. People like to be treated well when they come into a dealership and not like a "number" I think he was able to show this. Each time I have come into the shop he makes a point to ask how my car is performing and if things are going well. Thank YOU Ken for a good job I don't give out accolades unless you have earn it. My wife and I stopped in to look at the Sorento and Tim Hoffman came out and asked if he could help us look around.
