When I purchase my Mitsubishi outlander from this dealership I was told I would get three free oil changes with my purchase now they are advertising two years free oil changes with the purchase this dealership I was told I would get three free oil changes with my purchase now they are advertising two years free oil changes with the purchase this is a lie apparently in fine print it states if you don't exactly make the oil changes on the exact date they're due then this deal is void, The cars are not so delicate that if you miss it but they'll be problems down the road if so they need to be manufacturing a better vehicle people are hard on their cars and they can't always get to a dealership to change their oil when it is exactly due, Plus they use synthetic oil in these vehicles and synthetic oil can go longer than 5,000 mi so they're full of xxxx, I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership again, I don't deal with stupid games I told them from day one exactly what I expected, and they have now fell short of my expectations and I will find another place to purchase vehicles from in the future they have lost a customer that was loyal to this dealership because of their service department. I don't remember the employee's name but he's the only man that's ever sitting at the desk of the service department, his condescending and a jerk they should really consider removing this individual from their service department so that they don't lose any more customers. The vehicle overall is a good vehicle I've had little to no problems with it since I buy it The only issues I experience is a few electrical glitches sometimes with the radio video console and it didn't want to connect to my wife's iPhone 16 when we first bought the car but now they have upgraded the system and it accepts iPhone 16. The car itself is a little small a little more compact than I would have liked next time I'll buy a larger vehicle unfortunately Mitsubishi doesn't make anything larger so I'm guessing my next vehicle will not be a Mitsubishi. I recently had an extremely positive experience at Jim Shorkey Mitsubishi in North Hills. Having just retired, I was interested in a small hatchback and eventually they set me up with a pre-certified 2021 Shorkey Mitsubishi in North Hills. Having just retired, I was interested in a small hatchback and eventually they set me up with a pre-certified 2021 Mirage with about 50,000 miles on it and I got a great price. The process was seamless from my initial outreach to the General Sales Manager Bill Driscoll via email to this person then setting me up with John Barbour as my official sales representative. John was great, very attentive, and offered excellent customer service. It’s just great to have a dedicated person walk you through everything related to the car and contract and also provide honest estimates of how long the process takes. Most importantly, John was very patient and extremely helpful when we encountered a couple of very minor issues. Kudos also to the whole team I dealt with, from Melisa who greeted me in such a friendly manner to Corey Davidson (Sales Manager) and Dakota Carson in sales. Lastly, its’ definitely worth noting that they have a very collaborative and friendly culture, and there’s obviously a priority there to building a sense of community. I know how corny and cliché it sounds to describe a business culture as “family-like,” but it is nice to engage with people at a business who genuinely seem to like each other and enjoy providing exceptional service to customers. Definitely check out this dealership. Marty More

FALSE ADVERTISING, DECEPTION, AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: On 6/30/23 I contacted Jim Shorkey Mitsubishi in Gainesville, GA about purchasing a car and trading my 2022 VW ID.4 xxxxxxEV. The story bel SERVICE: On 6/30/23 I contacted Jim Shorkey Mitsubishi in Gainesville, GA about purchasing a car and trading my 2022 VW ID.4 xxxxxxEV. The story below explains how I was lied to, talked down to, mislead, and mistreated. My car is in pristine condition with 4,200 miles on the odometer (purchased new Dec. 2022). I was excited to trade for a Mitsubishi Outlander because on the website it says they give 125% of KBB trade value. My KBB trade value ranges from $38,829-43,848. Even if they only gave 100% of the lowest trade value ($38,829) I would be happy. I also signed up for their offer to receive up to $500 off any vehicle. The salesperson, Kat Montgomery, sent me the link to their online valuation and it came back with a value of $37,290. I would have made the trade for that amount even though that is only 96% of the lowest trade value range on KBB. (Not the 125% advertised). Kat told me that hopefully they could give me even more than their online valuation if they see the car in person. Since my car was in pristine show room condition, I assumed they would be able to give more. Gainesville is over an hour away from me. So, I also talked with sales manager, Bryan Lipke and Executive Manager, Michael Engle about the valuation and details about their car before driving up there. They were offering $3,400 off msrp on their car and 2.9% interest for 60 months for well qualified buyers, plus the extra $500 off from their online contact form. After several emails, they convinced me to drive the long distance to make the deal. I was made to believe that at the VERY LEAST, I would get the $37,290 that their valuation tool gave me online plus the extra financial perks listed above. I told them that my wish was to receive $39,000 for my trade. After arriving and being greeted by Kat & Bryan, the sales manager David Czentnar got the keys to start the in-person valuation. I went out with Kat to look at the Mitsubishi I wanted to buy and David was trying to get in the car with the second key fob. He said he’d never seen an EV before and asked how do I open the doors. It turns out that my key was overriding his. So, I showed him how to open and start the car and handed him my master key fob. He said more than once that they don’t know anything about EVs and didn’t even know if there were any chargers in the area. I thought that was odd since the dealership had two chargers mounted on the front of their building. LOL! After the valuation, David came over with a list of 5 cars to compare the valuation to. He was trying to mislead me into thinking the figures he showed me were what the trades were selling for (retail) when, in fact, these were prices that other dealers paid for the trade (wholesale). He said that we were $10,000 off from what I asked for my trade (a 35% loss in 7 months of ownership). So, that means he was offering $29,000 for my 7-month-old car that was $45,000 new! I was offended that they lied to me about my value, their advertised 125% above kbb trade value, lack of chargers, knowledge of EVs, similar car valuations etc. He even said that at their valuation price they would not make any money at all. I told him that was false advertising not to mention the many misleading emails that led up to my arrival that day all stating that I did not want to drive such a far distance for the valuation to not be honored. I then asked that they honor the quote from their online valuation link that I filled out. David point blank said they could not and that he couldn’t sell the car in their market. The truth of the matter is there were four cars within 50 mi that were exactly like mine, just with different mileage. The price of the car that had similar miles to mine was selling for $39,702. In the end, this is the typical old school dealership that lies, tries to manipulate customers, and has a sales manager David, who is the worst parts of what a car dealership can More
