My husband and I purchased two cars from Kia in 2021. Service was ok for that sale. When it was time to purchase again, my husband got a K5. The trunk was damaged, but the salesperson and manager swore they would take care of it and not to worry - it was purely cosmetic. It took months for the dealership to fit my husband into their scheduled and when they did, the "fix" they offered my husband looked like a toddler had attempted to fix it. Finally, months later, after my husband calling and calling, they took the vehicle back in and repaired it correctly. Even despite this mishap, I decided to go back to purchase another car from them. All financing was taken care of and I had an appointment to sign the papers and pick up the car. When I got there, the car was not there. It was also damaged and the sunroof would not close. I had been dropped off at the dealership because I was picking up a new car, however, they did not offer a loaner or anything. They couldn't offer me another car to purchase because they did not have any on the lot. The next day, I called Diehl Kia of Beaver Falls and was able to complete a sale within 30 minutes and actually got the car I initially wanted, the Kia Sorrento X-Line Prestige model that Jim Shorkey Kia talked me out of purchasing only to find out later that they didn't even have that car available. So, if you want the run-around and lies and damaged cars - go to Jim Shorkey Kia of Wexford, but if you want a smooth deal where you can trust the salesperson to actually get you the car you want - go to Diel Kia of Beaver Falls. It will be worth the drive. Oh, and by the way - Diehl actually has cars on their lot that you can look at... unlike Jim Shorkey Kia of Wexford who has nothing on their lot. More

These guys are literally angels. I have been fighting for a newer to me car for the past couple months around uniontown where I’m located with no luck, and they made it happen. Jacob Borden is a top tier salesman and made it as stress-free as possible. He stayed over late last night just to make sure the deal went through. And the financing guy, David Debruyn worked very hard to ensure it did too, on top of hooking me up with the best deal they had for me. There was no rushing me into making a decision, or trying to upsell me when I said I couldn’t afford to do that. If I could rate these guys and this dealership 100 stars I would. And will definitely recommend everyone to go here. Definitely worth the 1.5-2hr drive. Thank you guys so much again! More
I went to buy a used Telluride. When taking for a test drive, i noticed a piece of dog hair. I asked again if it was a pet free/smoke free car. The salesman confirmed it was pet/smoke free again for me and said “their detailer has a dog” and that’s why I saw hair. I thought ok and proceeded with purchase. As I’m about to drive away in my new car, I notice that there’s no floor mats at all. I ask the salesman what happened to all the floor mats. He said “he wasn’t there when they took the car in.” When pressed further he said “they took them out to clean after something happened with their dog.” Now I’ve got conflicting stories and I decide to check the really tight spots one might miss if cleaning the car. Immediately I notice more hair and in every hidden cranny a piece of hair. Totally on me for not noticing right away but the car looked clean and I was trying to trust the dealership. I took a few minutes to think about it and told them I’d like to return the car. We filled out the paperwork and I was on my way. They still have my deposit and aren’t returning calls about sending my money back to me. I’ve called so many times and have left multiple messages for different people at the dealership. Shorkey lied multiple times about the car. What else do they lie about???? Return my deposit Shorkey. I’d never consider them after how they’ve handled this situation. Such horrible service!! More
