Was very skeptical when I first came to Carriage, normally don't trust car dealers. Sorry! But Tim Ingle, the sales rep. that helped us was very honest in answering all our questions. Did not try to pressure me into buying, if he had I would have walked. I had heard about the recall due to electrical problems, so he checked the vehicle I was looking at to see if it was in the recall. After I purchased the vehicle I caused the hatch to door to lock and could not get it closed. Because I could not understand how to get the lock to release, the service dept. sent someone to our house to show me what I was doing to cause it to lock. We live 40 miles away, who else would have done this? Thank You Carriage Kia! More
Ryan is doing his best to resolve a duficult situation that reflects more on Kia's quality, but I won't hold it against the dealer. $1000 to repair an airbag (which is a saftey issue) and $300 to repair v that reflects more on Kia's quality, but I won't hold it against the dealer. $1000 to repair an airbag (which is a saftey issue) and $300 to repair visors which were obviously defective. I will pursue the repairs with KIA and hopefully can do business with Carriage Kia in the future. More
