We owned a 2011 Sorento and went in for service...left with a 2012 Sorento and could not be happier! We love it!! Our 2011 Sorento was great but we did want to upgrade to a third row and all wheel drive.. with a 2012 Sorento and could not be happier! We love it!! Our 2011 Sorento was great but we did want to upgrade to a third row and all wheel drive...Carriage Kia had just what we wanted and they let me use the demo car for my doctor's appointment while my husband finalized things with the new Sorento. When I got in the demo car, 104.7 the fish was playing...that meant so much to me because that is my favorite radio station and it said a lot about the staff and the character of the company. We bought our first Sorento in May of 2010 and we have had no issues at all. We are confident we will have the same wonderful experience with this 2012 Sorento! We highly recommend this dealership!! More
This experience started when I took my 2004 Optima in for service. My car was fixed in a timely manner but I wasn't able to pick it up until the next day. When I went to pick it up, it had been hit in the pa service. My car was fixed in a timely manner but I wasn't able to pick it up until the next day. When I went to pick it up, it had been hit in the parking lot of the dealer buy a hit and run driver. The dealership was very apologetic and was going to give me a rental until my car was fixed. One of the sales consultants got them to let me use a new 2011 Optima which I was interested in when I brought my car in for service. To make a long story short, my car that I brought in for service turned out to be totaled, Carriage Kia gave me a great deal on a new 2012 Optima and I couldn't be happier. More
When I began my new car search, I was disappointed that the exact car I wanted was not in inventory, and I did not receive a call from the dealership for quite some time. I later found out that no dealers were getting inventory for some reason, but once Carriage did it was smooth sailing from there on. I was pleasantly surprised when I sat down to sign the paperwork for the purchase of my 2012 Kia Optima. The salesman had everything in order, there was no unnecessary "back and forth" with a manager, and the entire transaction was handled and explained in a professional manner. Luis and Sharon also stayed late to provide all the information and instruction I needed for my new car. I've had positive experiences with Carriage Kia so far, and would recommend them to anyone. More
We went to Carriage Kia for a new tire and wheele allignment, while we were waiting, we went into the show room to look at Vans, we had been thinking about a van for a few months but not planning to allignment, while we were waiting, we went into the show room to look at Vans, we had been thinking about a van for a few months but not planning to buy, met Shane and looked at a few, and the next thing we knew we were buying. Shane was such a low pressure salesman and sort of led us to what we wanted. They offered a wonderful trade in on our 2008 Sorrento and it was a really good deal. The most impressive thing we saw in Shane was that He recognized a couple of previous customers and greated them like old friends,as opposed to the guy that sold us our Sorrento,who walked past us 2 weeks after the sale like we were perfect strangers. More

Multiple dealings with this dealership; extremely positive. Both of my Kias (yes both of my family vehicles are Kias) have Carriage Kia Tags. Every one very friendly. Customer services was great. They worked with me on the payment that I could make every month. I liked the look of the Kia Soul and the color. We came in to have a light bulb changed in our 2009 kia spectra and ended up leaving in a 2010 forte. Ryan Ladd ( our salesman )was very nice and helpful his 1st day on the job and he did his job well, eve spectra and ended up leaving in a 2010 forte. Tim Rutherford has a memory like nobody I have ever seen, we had a small issue with the car but was leaving for flordia and he told me he would fix it when we got back and to just call him, I asked didn't he want to write this down so he could remember he told me he would no need to write it, called him 2 weeks later, YEP he remembered and even remembered something I had forgotten.
