Alex cruz is the absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! I have been continuously having issues with my car and Amanda has been helping me for months with the continuous car issues that my Kia has been having. Now Amanda has left Kia and so I had to work with Alex. From the moment I’ve been having to go to Kia Alex has always greeted me rudely, treating me like I’m incompetent, and always coming out with an excuse on why he couldn’t help me. Today Alex told me I needed to leave my car for at Kia for close and deep inspecting, when I arrived Alex greeted me rudely and told me he didn’t understand why I was there and did not even bother to look at my car like we spoke about. Alex has truly made my experience at this Kia location so horrible and I would never advise anyone to go to this location. More
From start to finish, my visit with the service department I was well take care of. They kept me informed on the service work and what was needed in the future. Our car is still in their shop ...this makes the 6th? Time... Same issues... After spending all but 9 days of this year (it's March 23rd) in their shop they have yet to fix the problem. Great customer service. Andrew was excellent. He kept me informed regularly regarding the progress of my service work. Also, when I questioned why a particular part was needed, he sent me a picture of it on informed regularly regarding the progress of my service work.
