Working with Carriage Kia is probably the most pleasant experience that I have ever had with any car dealership that I have ever dealt with. Even though I have to drive approximately 40 miles to get there, I will continue to use this dealership for service on my Kia. More
I called Jamie Ansbro at Carriage Kia for a service and oil change. She scheduled me the next day. She explained the problem and it was fixed right away. Also, Michael Paglianti greets me when I go to Carriage Kia and asks if there is anything he could do for me. He offers me a cup of coffee and a smile. This is so much nicer than being afraid to pull into a dealership and five salesman are outside waiting for you to park. Shane and Michael made my husband and I feel good about the purchase last summer and talked to us about our needs. More
On Sunday evening I hit an object in the road which tore through the sidewall on one of my tires. After putting on the spare tire I strted for work on MOnday morning. On my way I called the service departme through the sidewall on one of my tires. After putting on the spare tire I strted for work on MOnday morning. On my way I called the service department and spoke to Greg who could not have been nicer. He ordered the replacement tire for me and told me to come on in. When I pulled up, he met me as I got out of my car and quickly took care of the tire as well as reminding me that my scheduled service was due. He took care of both of these issues, keeping me informed of the progress teh whole time. When my car was finished it was a pleasure to also see that it had been washed and vacuumed! Everyone at Carriage Kia has always been very friendly and made me feel comfortable and welcomed. More

Since I purchased my 2011 Kia Optima from this dealership, I have been amazed at the professionalism displayed in every department I have come in contact with. When I am approached by others that dealership, I have been amazed at the professionalism displayed in every department I have come in contact with. When I am approached by others that are admiring my classy vehicle, I always end the conversation by handing them a Carriage auto group card and let them know I have been totally satisfied with both my Kia, and the exemplary service I receive at Carriage.
