As luck would have it, my doctor's appointment ran late and after talking with Cody in service, we were told to come on as soon as we were able. We arrived appx 20 minutes late and were treated graciously. Cody was very efficient and knowledgeable in getting our servicing done. The waiting area is very comfortable with numerous people asking if we needed anything while we waiting. We highly recommend Carriage Kia and their service. More

I purchased a new Sorento from Carriage in July and the experience from the moment I walked into the showroom until the present time has been outstanding. When you can drive off with a feeling of satisfaction and no regrets, the dealership is doing something right. I've brought the car in for routine servicing/oil changes several times and that experience has been terrific as well. My car is taken in right at my appointment time, the service is done in a fast, efficient manner, and the waiting area is so nice that sometimes I wish the servicing would take a little longer :). During one service appointment, months after purchase, Tyler (my sales rep) happened to walk through the service waiting area.
