AMAZING SERVICE DEPARTMENT I came in to have my oil changed and it had just started to snow and ice. First service for Soul.... I took my 2015 Kia Soul ! To the dealership where I bought for my first service appointment. I was already pleased with my buying experience but now i I took my 2015 Kia Soul ! To the dealership where I bought for my first service appointment. I was already pleased with my buying experience but now it was the real test, how would I be treated by the service department? I called and made the appointment and was greeted by Courtney Shirley. She was very nice and worked with me to get an appointment that fit MY schedule. She sent me a reminder email and it even had a link to put it in my calendar. When I arrived I was greeted by Courtney and she lead me to the waiting area. She came in a couple of times to check on me,update me on the progress, and offer additional services for my car. They completed the service in the time they told me and even walked out to my car with me in the rain to make sure all was well. Very excellent customer service!! I already scheduled my next visit! So now this is definitely the best dealership in both sales and service!! More
