Great Customer Service Again! Took my Sorento into the Service Dept. to have a stain removed that my car detailer could not remove. Carriage was able to get it out perfectly! When last in the Service Dept. they had advised that I needed my tires rotated and it would cost $20. My husband decided not to pay to have it done as he could do it for free. He never did it so I asked Carriage to go ahead and do I would pay the $20 and have it done. When I went to check out, they had given the tire rotation to me for free. I was surprised. They are always so nice and friendly and want to make your experience a great one! It is a drive from Snellville to Gainesville but this dealership is worth it, including the Service Department. So far I have only been pleased at each visit. More

unusually good dealer service I scheduled my Soul for a regular service and an alignment. My service was completed in a timely manner and my car was washed and vacuumed. I didn't expect the inside to be cleaned but was very grateful. The waiting room is comfortable and Judy kept me informed of what was happening with my car. I don't usually use a dealership for oil changes etc. because they are usually more costly than my local mechanic. Of course, to be fair, my last car was a MINI Cooper and the dealer was BMW. Enough said on that subject. I love my car and, if I out live it, I will buy another KIA. I'm 71. More
