From the day I bought my car at this dealership I trusted that taking it back for monthly maintenance here was the wise choice as they would honestly do right by their loyal customers. After almost 9 years o that taking it back for monthly maintenance here was the wise choice as they would honestly do right by their loyal customers. After almost 9 years of my business they have recently disappointed me greatly in overcharging for servicing my vehicle for it's very first issue. I always choose Alex as rep and as always he was unbelievably nice. He’s the ONLY good thing about this interaction! As far as the actual dealership goes.....My check engine light came on so I had Kia run diagnostic (turns out they charge $112!!!!!). You can get a FREE diagnostic at Autozone! OR could buy a code reader for $45!!...then was advised that I needed parts for my car which cost over $300! At an auto parts store I can purchase them for exactly 1/2 that price! The supposed “manual labor” cost rounding the total cost $600! Highway robbery! After buying my parts at the auto store and then picking up my car I drove across the street and a family member put the parts in for me in no less than 3 minutes and said there was no way it should have been such a high cost! So disappointed as I hoped to continue taking my car there but never again. I will not continue to be swindled this way More

Chris was very helpful and kind . I noticed there still an air bag light on they were suppose to fix. Andrew went above and beyond to help me out on fixing my car. He kept me informed with information about my car and what needed to be fixed to get my car running at it's best. My vehicle is running better t car. He kept me informed with information about my car and what needed to be fixed to get my car running at it's best. Andrew Jeremy Aycock was polite, knowledgeable, he made sure I knew what was going to be done to my car and approx time frame. Showed me to the customer lounge which was very clean.
