Recommend them with caution! Our sales girl Dawn was very nice but it was her first day at work and was not knowledgeable in the cars or the process for leasing cars. We spent several hours there working out the price of the lease details. When we final came to an agreement on our trade in value and monthly payments we signed paper work and were asked to come back 3days later to finalize paper work. We went back only to be told by another sales person we have good news and bad news. They wanted to change from paying $99 to $175 a month and instead of using our vehicle as down payment of $3000 give us a check for $3000. We were very upset for the changes and almost backed out of the deal. They said that Ford Credit company could not do the deal that we had originally settled on. There was a car inside on the show room floor with exactly the same. We were told as soon as we get this settled they were going to erase that deal. We left to cool off and when we returned the next day were told everything had been worked out and we got the original deal. It was not our salesgirls fault. I could tell she was embarrassed and so were we. We are very happy with the car C max Hybrid but would not want to spend as much time as we did if we had it to do over again. Thank you for NOT sell a car I was called to meet someone at Shorkey ford, Unknown to me, he wanted me to co -sign for a loan for a $44,ooo car. I felt uncomfortable, stressed, I was called to meet someone at Shorkey ford, Unknown to me, he wanted me to co -sign for a loan for a $44,ooo car. I felt uncomfortable, stressed, and frankly i did not want to do it. The salesman ROY SHAULIS took the time to explain the difference between a co buyer and a co applicator with the obigations of each , as he receive the information from a woman named Olivia. His words was comforting, he was upfront and honest, . The poor man said he can not remember the exam words, and he had to got back sevral times. He said he did not want to mislead me. ( I later found out he had a rare decease that limits memory function ). Then he went to the Vice President to explain the situation on my behalf, because he feel morally obligated. (His Words) to make sure he was doing and saying the right thing. Soon a large man named BIll came out and took to to his office. With Bills help, I decided NOT to co -sign for this person after all. How many salesman would have the morals NOT to sale a car because he felt it unethical for me to be intimidated by the buyer to co sign? UNTIL HILTER KIETH ARRIVED, CUTTING OFF MY SENTENCES, SAYING HE HAS MORE EXPERIENCE IN THE CAR BUSINESS THEN I HAVE BEEN ALIVE, RUDE, DID NOT WANT TO WORK WITH ME ON THE PRICE, CUT ME OFF ALL THE TIME, BASICALLY THINKING HE WAS BETTER THEN ME. I GUARANTEE I HAVE MORE EDUCATION, MAKE MORE MONEY, AND LIVE IN A NICER AREA THEN HE EVER DREAMED. BUT HE TREATED ME LIKE THE xxxx OF THE EARTH. I GUARANTEE I WILL NOTIFY FORD ON THIS MANS BEHAVIOR. ROY CALLED ME AFTERWARDS AND WE TALKED ABOUT THE PRICE, I DIRECTLY TOLD HIM IF KEITH IS NEAR ME, BREATHS IN MY DIRECTION, OR HIS SHADOW COMES NEAR ME, ALL DEALS ARE OFF. ROY WALKED ME AROUND THE CAR AND TOLD ME THINGS ABOUT THE CAR THE OTHER DEALERSHIP NEVER DID, THAT I NEVER KNEW. THEN SHOWED ME THEIR NEW SERVICE AREA, VERY IMPRESSIVE. When I spoke with Chris a few days before I visited the dealership, he was able to find the exact car I wanted. He studied the car from front to back and on our test drive, he knew everything about my new car. Not one question went unanswered. Liz and Chris made my family feel at home. We were comfortable the entire time during our transaction. They went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible. The gentlemen who details the cars was not working the day of my purchase, so Liz went out herself and detailed my new car. This amazed me.
