My experience was not encouraging when I took my Chrysler 200 2013 to change the radio whose FM AM was not working all other functions were working perfectly,they changed the radio, at cost of 600 plus ,At 200 2013 to change the radio whose FM AM was not working all other functions were working perfectly,they changed the radio, at cost of 600 plus ,At thier yard after changing the radio I checked the functions ,every thing was o.k except the Bluetooth ,I though may be it need preforming the pairing at home ,which I did but without any secesse, I took it back to the garage,they tried to pair the phone without any sucesse ,they asked me to contact the u connect ,which I did and followed all their instruction also the attempt failed ,I call the garage again hopping that they will change the radio as it seems that the one installed was defective,but they came with a conclusion that radio is ok but the blue tooth not responding to voices and need to be changed at another cost of 540 dollars,noting that the this function was working when I took the car to change the radio ,which mean and if the last diagnosed was right then the bluetooth was damaged by the installer .the conclusion is I gained the the function of radio but Lossing The important function of the u connect with a cost of 600 plus.
