Best service department with which I have ever dealt. The personnel are friendly, courteous, and provide excellent service and feedback on my vehicle. They let me know of things that need to be corrected and those things that may require attention in the near future, with no pressure to get things done that are not necessary. More

Excellent Service The Jim Riehl service team is outstanding! My 09 Pilot is in spectacular condition, mostly due to the extraordinary service at Honda. I brought the The Jim Riehl service team is outstanding! My 09 Pilot is in spectacular condition, mostly due to the extraordinary service at Honda. I brought the car in for regular maintenance, but there were a couple of additional concerns. Bobby listened carefully to my concerns regarding wheel alignment (Michigan roads can be brutal). He checked it immediately and brought back the form with the exact measurements taken for each wheel. The wheels were aligned to 0.00. I also had a concern about a slow leak in the front tire. The slow leak was confirmed, but after discussion with Bobby, I determined that it wasn't a safety hazard and that I could wait until I needed new tires to replace the tire. I have 115,000 miles on the Pilot and it runs beautifully -- just like when I drove it off the lot! More
