PROFESSIONAL AS USUAL EVERYBODY WAS PROFESSIONAL AND KIND. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. RON FRUCIANO IS YOUR BIGGEST ASSET. RON ALWAYS IS PATIENT A AS USUAL EVERYBODY WAS PROFESSIONAL AND KIND. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. RON FRUCIANO IS YOUR BIGGEST ASSET. RON ALWAYS IS PATIENT AND STOPS WHAT EVER HE IS DOING TO TALK TO ME. THE ONLY NEGATIVE I HAVE IS THE NEW PACIFICA. I DON'T LIKE THEM MOVING THE GEAR SHIFT TO A BUTTON TYPE SYSTEM. ALSO REGARDING THE PACIFICA THE REAR CARGO ARES IS SLIGHTLY SMALLER AT THE LIFT GATE AREA. More

TWO HOUR oil change?! Yes a 2 hour oil change. I've taken my car to this dealership before and it's always taken at least 30-40 minutes for an oil change. I know it's cheap Yes a 2 hour oil change. I've taken my car to this dealership before and it's always taken at least 30-40 minutes for an oil change. I know it's cheap (I buy the package deal), but that seemed like a wait for an oil change. Well 5 days ago, I took my car in for my much needed oil change. It took over TWO hours!! And it's supposed to be an express lane! At this point, I'm tired of waiting, I'm antsy, and hungry. Well after two hours, this lady finds me and says that my air filter is bad and I need a new one. So I say fine and she says it'll only be a couple more minutes....20 minutes later I went outside and found my car sitting there. Apparently it was ready and no one came to tell me. So this whole process took over two hours, and I had to pay for an air filter. Oh, did I mention they didn't top off my fluids?? Nope. I looked under the hood to find that my coolant was below the "add" line AND the cap was off. I'm very disappointed with the service. I don't know if I will be back. More

I had had several bad experiences with another Chrysler service department so when I changed dealers to your group my latest car came from Lapeer. As I live in Clinton Township my son-in-law recommended service department so when I changed dealers to your group my latest car came from Lapeer. As I live in Clinton Township my son-in-law recommended the Warren facility. I made an appointment, showed up 15 minutes early but was waited on and written up immediately; was told recall work would take approx 1 hr, but was completed within 45 minutes and even tho I was not in the service waiting room, Ken tracked me down to let me know the work was finished and I was free to go as soon as I checked out with the cashier. Also in initially looking for a waiting area a mechanic that I ran into in the hall very kindly directed me to one. The cashier took care of my paperwork in very short order, paged for my car and the porter had me out the drive in about 5 minutes. All were very friendly and helpful. The car wash was a nice surprise also. Makes up for all the short comings of the other facility - they were so bad that I just used local shops for my oil changes and routine maintenance. Now I will certainly be using this site again. This visit was only a recall, but I will be using it for routine maintenance from now on. More
Went to Express oil change center and was told it would take 30 minutes, 50 minutes later told need air filter and will be ready in only 5 minutes don't know why taking so long. Sat for another 20 minutes take 30 minutes, 50 minutes later told need air filter and will be ready in only 5 minutes don't know why taking so long. Sat for another 20 minutes and went for answers. Response let me go check, on return they are bringing your car around. Asked why I was told originally 30 minutes for express oil change and it has now been 70 minutes. I dont know it usually only takes 30 minutes. Don't tell your customers and time and then not deliver or dont call this area express More
I have a 2001 PT Cruiser, I have had my car for 10 years. I have always taken it to Jim Riehl's Friendly Automotive Group. INC on 14 Mile Road in Warren, MI for oil changes, I even buy the oil change package I have always taken it to Jim Riehl's Friendly Automotive Group. INC on 14 Mile Road in Warren, MI for oil changes, I even buy the oil change packages the have. I have always taken my car to Jim Riehl's for my oil changes - I never miss one. I took my car to Jim Riehl's for an oil change on 12-3-2012, I purchased the sale package again. I went and sat down as I usually do. Then my name was called, and they proceeded to tell me my oil pan bolt was stripped and I would have to purchase a new heally coil. Needless to say I was FURIOUS , my car is housed for the winter I take excellent care of it. I said "this can't be right, only your techs have ever worked on it". Judith the leader told me I would need a new heally coil. I asked to speak with a manager, she me that there was no manager on site. I found him myself, the manager said that he could have a tech put a heally coil and rethread the oil pan bolt, and that it was the best they could do to solve the problem - a problem they created. I said "what if it leaks on my new driveway?" The manager told me "PUT A PIECE OF CARDBOARD UNDER IT!" can you believe this?? I take pride in my car and always do regular maintenance on my car. I am still furious - I have 70,000 miles on a Chrysler product - that is less then 10,000 mile per year. How could a bolt that has been only put in and out at minimum 42 times wear out? I believe that there was an error on the techs side of the job if it was not him, I would like to start a RECALL on the oil pan - 01 PT Cruiser anyone else have this problem? More

We visited Jim Riehl Jeep in Warren last week to trade in our vehicle for a new Jeep Patriot. Our sales agent took us for a ride, and when we discussed pricing there was never any mention of an additional $ our vehicle for a new Jeep Patriot. Our sales agent took us for a ride, and when we discussed pricing there was never any mention of an additional $1,500 in warranty costs that would be added to the final price of the Jeep. Every dealership we have worked with makes the additional warranty package optional (I am talking about those warranties that replace your wheels when they are damaged by a pothole, re-paint your car if bird poop ruins the paint, etches the theft protection code on the glass, etc). Then, at signing the finance manager handed us the papers to go over and sign and this is when we noticed the $1500 (around that number) amount listed below the sales price. We asked him what that was, and he vaguely said that it was a tax-free portion of the vehicles price but didn't go over what it meant. We made the mistake of signing everything and THEN asking for a better explanation, which is when our sales agent said she forgot to tell us that Chrysler requires you to purchase the normally "optional" additional warranty. This is fine if we had known BEFORE deciding to buy the car - but she FORGOT to tell us until AFTER we signed everything. We made the mistake of not being more investigative buyers and putting too much trust in a sales person. If you visit this dealership make sure you know everything you are paying for BEFORE signing.
