Best Dealership Experience We cannot express enough just how wonderful our experience was from beginning to end at Jim Riehl in Leasing another Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep. As we alread We cannot express enough just how wonderful our experience was from beginning to end at Jim Riehl in Leasing another Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep. As we already have had more than two bad experiences with another Dealership, that we previously worked with over the course of two years, we were very tempted to literally try a different manufacturer altogether. (This was the last chance,so to speak, to keep our loyalty to the Company,without them knowing that) From our first contact via phone call with Pam Schulmeister, who was responsible for us gravitating to this Dealership in the first place with her conversation with me, and the follow up and communication with us, at every step (whether it was Email,Phone Call, Text, as well as in Person) we were always treated with Respect and with Value. In our many years, and MANY Dealerships, we personally have never encountered someone as Pleasant to work with as Our Salesman Michael Paparelli. The very first thing we noticed is his genuine concern for OUR needs going forward and OUR previous bad experiences. In in manner of speaking...he LISTENED,he understood, he made us feel as we were his only priority and WE were what mattered. AND he followed through. Questions answered, things we hadn't considered with a new vehicle suggested, calls/texts given. He really made you feel like Family....not a Customer. It is VERY Refreshing, to say the least, to work with someone as Knowledgeable, Considerate, Helpful, Accommodating, and quite simply, as Pleasant as he was. As I will be writing Individually through Email to a couple people at Jim Riehl in order to recognize just how satisfied they have made us on our recent experience, because I feel that strongly about letting them know they are doing things right,in our opinion, We could do nothing less on this review. YES....it was THAT great of an experience and we have and will continue to recommend this Dealership and Salesman to anyone who is in need of working with those who know how to provide the right way to do business! Great experience My wife took her 2006 Jeep Commander in to be serviced. The dealer called me first, being as I don't drive the Jeep that often, I asked they call my My wife took her 2006 Jeep Commander in to be serviced. The dealer called me first, being as I don't drive the Jeep that often, I asked they call my wife. They took her phone number and called her promptly. She explained everything she wanted checked out. The had the vehicle over night because of the amount of work that needed to be done. They called every step of the way and were very courteous and respectful to my wife. I would recommend this dealership to everyone I know. They were fantastic! More
SERVICE ON A SATURDAY.... on Saturday morning the 'red" brake light came on while I was driving - manual stated that I should have the vehicle inspected immediately - I called on Saturday morning the 'red" brake light came on while I was driving - manual stated that I should have the vehicle inspected immediately - I called Jim Riehl's service dept - they said I could bring it in that day - the sooner the better - that was a WOW moment for me - I had called another dealership that morning (it was closer to where I was when the light went on) they told me the soonest I could bring in vehicle was the following Thursday......no need for me to consider using them for any of my vehicle needs. the service dept was extremely helpful - very responsive - THANK YOU More
