Never once had a less-than-excellent experience there. Found a coolant leak on my car, so I dropped it off at the end of the day on a Wednesday with no appointment, and without calling ahead. I figured I'd get it back on Monday at the earliest, just because it was so last-minute. Not a big problem since I have a 2nd vehicle. I was surprised to get a call the following morning, my car had already been inspected and diagnosed. I was even more surprised to get a call on my way home from work, my car was finished and ready to be picked up, all repairs covered by warranty and no charge to me! Asked for a shuttle ride from my house to the dealership, was told it would probably be at least an hour. No problem at all, I was still 15-20 minutes from home anyway. I got home, didn't even take my coat off yet when the phone rings. It's the shuttle driver asking for directions to my house! He was there to pick me up 10-15 minutes later. He was unbelievably friendly, and remembered giving me a shuttle ride years earlier. After some great small talk in the heavy traffic, we were at the dealership. Friendly Jeep, please take note, this gentleman is a gem! I was directed to the cashier for my paperwork, and went outside to wait for my car to be brought around. I saw it drive by in the back lot, and wondered where it was going, but it came around the corner a few minutes later and I saw the porter had taken it around back to wash it before delivering to me!!!! The service was far beyond anything I could have expected, and it's just one of the many reasons this is the 4th vehicle I've purchased from Friendly in the last 15 or so years. More

Sat down with Terry, he entered the order into the system, and I was back out the door within about a half hour. After we spent a couple of months in radio silence with Jeep, the vehicle finally arrived at the dealer. Terry facilitated the after-market installation I wanted with service with zero drama and on the day of pick-up, I was in and out of there in under 30 minutes. Definitely a breath of fresh air. More
