Very satisfied with Jim Reil's service. Wife and I were going out shopping and when I started the car (2018 Compass -3 year lease) the dash board flashed oil change required. We knew Wife and I were going out shopping and when I started the car (2018 Compass -3 year lease) the dash board flashed oil change required. We knew that the weather forecast was calling for 5--7 inches of snow that night. We decided to go over to Jim Reil's without an appointment. Neil was our service man that helped us. He was great. Told us the wait time would be almost 2 hours and he could get us a shuttle ride home or we could wait in the the customer's lounge. We decided to wait in the customer's lounge which had amenities, clean rest rooms, TV to watch , magazines to read. The wait was less than 2 hours and we even got a car wash. We were very satisfied with our visit. Thank You. More
