I was u dear the assumption (through the dealership I purchased my used vehicle through) that I was st The door latch on my 2017 Pacificia was broken. I was u dear the assumption (through the dealership I purchased my used vehicle through) that I was still under “bumper to Bumper” warranty. Trevor told me I wasn’t and the cost of the repair would be $485. Yikes! When I explained the situation to him about the warranty I asked him what he would do if he were me. He volunteered to make a call to the Chrysler a care center to see if the cost could be a complimentary repair due to my loyalty to a Chrysler and to that dealership. The cost was waived.
