Even though we knew pretty much what we were looking for, Nick made sure we were informed and he gave us a detailed explanation of what was available. He offered to let us test drive the vehicle (which we declined) and spent time with us making sure we got what we needed at the price that we loved. I was able to pick up my Grand Cherokee the next day and everything from the delivery to the paperwork was seamless. Nick even took my Ford Edge so I wouldn't have to deal with that end of things.
