Orchard Jeep service sucks Very unprofessional Obviously don't care about customer satisfaction I made a service appointment for a recall and was told that it would take Very unprofessional Obviously don't care about customer satisfaction I made a service appointment for a recall and was told that it would take 2 hours. But when I brought my Jeep in at the appointed time I was told that the shop was backed up and it would be more like 4 or 5 hours. I didn't want to sit in the waiting room that long so I asked for a loaner, but was refused. This is not the first time I've been treated shabbily by your service people. They obviously are not concerned about pleasing their customers. They are surly and act like they are doing you a big favor by working on your vehicle. I'll be sure to tell my friends and associates not to do business with Orchard Jeep. I've already used google maps to find a different dealership to do business with. More

Took 5 trips there but it is fixed now 5 trips to the dealer and almost 4 months and the problem is fixed. They started with basic troubleshooting and hoped that would work. Then had to or 5 trips to the dealer and almost 4 months and the problem is fixed. They started with basic troubleshooting and hoped that would work. Then had to order parts to change, then I had to go back. Finally determined what it was. Last trip took care of it. The staff was always friendly and understood my issues. Service rep Kim made sure to follow-up and keep me posted of the progress. More
