Water pump leaking on 3500 diesel Kim, at the service desk, was great. Very timely repair. The shuttle driver, Mike, was very nice. We had some good conversations. Tyler from the service department was very helpful. I received an oil change and a tire rotation from Orchard CDJR and the service was completed quickly and professionally. I drive a lot for work and th I received an oil change and a tire rotation from Orchard CDJR and the service was completed quickly and professionally. I drive a lot for work and the next day I put about 200 miles on my vehicle and I encountered an issue with vibrations in my steering colum. I contacted Tyler from the service department and he made some recommendations and I was able to solve the problem. Great service. More
