Oil Chnage I called the dealership to make an appointment for an oil change. I was informed that I didn’t need an appointment because there is an express lane o I called the dealership to make an appointment for an oil change. I was informed that I didn’t need an appointment because there is an express lane oil change available. So, I was the second vehicle at the dealership when it opened at 7:30 the next day. I waited over an hour for my oil change which is too long. Then I was charged $49 for the oil change which is to expensive. The Chevy dealership down the street takes appointments and is only $34. What a disappointing visit. More
