They were rude for the first moment I talked to them. They wouldn't offer my any free rental even though chysler policy allows a free rental for any vehicle under 12mo. Or 12k miles. Now I have to tow it to another dealer just to get a loaner car. Complete xx. The truck barely made it to the second oil change and it's my problem. 7 month of driving and paying for a vehicle to breakdown on the freeway... you would think they would want to keep customers but I guess not. More

The ease of getting the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted was great, and not feeling pressured into making a decision was a definite plus. They failed to write up issues correctly and kept my vehicle overnight and did not fix anything, more than once. I made an appointment and they said I didn't. I finally went to another dealership who was more than happy to address my issues, correctly, and the first time. More
I was trying to buy a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee, the salesman was nice enough.. but would not take 1 penny off sticker.. Finally ended up at st. clair chrysler, $3k off sticker for same vehicle and the salesman was nice enough.. but would not take 1 penny off sticker.. Finally ended up at st. clair chrysler, $3k off sticker for same vehicle and the best salesman i have ever dealt with. And they delivered the vehicle the next morning, A hour away.. Anyway.. since then i have emailed Orchard server 3 times in the last month to get warranty work + recall work done, have never gotten a reply email. (i work about 70 hours a week and calling isn't the best option), so i emailed the parts department offering to buy the parts (rear shocks) so i can just swap them out and get rid of this horrible clunking.. have emailed them twice and NO REPLY.. and no its not going into a spam folder, and i used the forms on their own webpage.. I do not recommend this dealership at all.. I thought parkway was horrible til i tried to deal with orchard.. More
Just took my Jeep in today to get the 4x4 differentials and transfer case fluids changed and a new set of wipers put on because they were on special and cheaper than buying just one at a parts store. They never tried to sell me anything else however, he did notice i needed an oil change in 500 miles and said nothing else about it until i asked the price. Usually i go to the dealer and they tell me i need all these things done, even though i know for a fact they dont be because they just did them a month ago. The 4x4 service was priced a little less than other places i called and of course used Jeep parts, not the cheapest thing possible to make more money off parts. Employees were friendly and waiting area was very nice. They earned themselves a new loyal customer! More
This dealership is not the place to go if you are looking to buy a new car. We secured financing, knew the exact vehicle we wanted, and just expected to be treated kindly. I can say that I have never been treated so badly at a dealership. Joe was rude and disrespectful. We were going to trade in our Toyota and this dealership did not even know how to value our car. And then when they did finally get back to us he tried low balling me. And I mean extremely under valuing my car. Another dealership offered over $6000 more! To sum up rude service, disprectful salesman, and after reporting it to the general manager he was not overly concerned. More
STAY AWAY from Joe - HE is a FLAT LIAR. VERY unprofessional. Whatever it takes to get you on the lot. I was looking to purchase and trade in two vehicles $80,000 in sales. I had a good deal on my trade ins, and visited him Friday at 6 pm - closing. This desparate manager says: "Ill beat ANY deal you have by $1000 per car". I told him theres no way. He said, "Just dont buy now, wait til Monday". So I did. I show up with two cars, a wife, kids and a dog, he has the cars on the lot cleaned, but needs to "just take a look at our trade ins". A nice 2003 F150 supercrew and a 2009 accord. Both wanted used vehicles. Came back and said, I cant give you what the other dealer is saying, what do you have in writing ? I produce my emails, and printed forms showing the cars and their options. "No it is not a signed quote", he says, this doesnt count. And starts in on all the technicalities. I called 3 times that morning to ensure I wasnt goig to drive 50 min in a snow storm for nothing, and the whole time he said, "we are good,just bring the family and cars". So in a snow storm we get told - "cant do it - SORRY". No gift certificates for their store, no mopar certificates, nothing, just a "We the best we can do is" - "take it or leave it". I am now putting in a dealership complaint at corporate and let the Chrysler DM take care of these clowns. WATCH OUT. More
Bought a 2002 PT cruiser. Looked good drove good. Two months into ownership, car did not start. Took it to their service center, they did warn me that they were backed up, and that it would a take day. O months into ownership, car did not start. Took it to their service center, they did warn me that they were backed up, and that it would a take day. OK, Wednesday drop off, Friday report on car. They had no clue, it started fine for them, but a had two bad engine mounts. I decided to take the car to a local garage. Local garage found 3 bad grounds, rear brakes locking up, same two engine mounts bad, and ball joint. The used car center ether did NOT look over this car, or MISSED everything, OR did not give a ____! Service could not find anything wrong. Friendly place, that's the good. You buying a car from them, be a good mechanic or know a trusted one. More
