I've been to alot of dealerships in my time mostley used car and this one by far was the best experience from start to finish. Our salesman Keith in the used car department was great to work with. He found the vehicle we were looking for and in short time took in our trade and made a sale. During this time Keith was kind, straight forward, not pushy, and concerned about our needs making sure we were getting what we wanted. After purchasing the vehicle we got it home and discoverd one minor hiccup that the dealership would have never caught. Concerned that they may tell us we were SOL over the issue, I called up Keith and he said "no problem, bring it on in and we'll get you taken care of. Althought the problem is currently being handled, my experince with the service department was just as great. Dennis, Brad, and Lisa were super and just as concerned about getting us squared away as we were. The whole process from begining to end was smooth sailing, and my wife and I couldn't be happier. Every dealership I have been to in the past has ALWAYS had something that didn't go right and when all was said and done I always left unhappy about something even after a purchase. I didnt think it existed but we found a dealership that houses employees that have the highest amount of professionalism, customer care, and appreciation that I've seen so far. We will definitly be doing repeat buisness at Jim Riehls and recommend this establishment to anybody looking to buy a new or used vehicle. They tried to cram another $1300 into the bottom line without telling me. They said it is their certification program that gives the customer added insurance on paint protection and theft protection and without telling me. I said no and they said the products are already added to the car and if I want the car then I have to buy the products. So I said no deal and walked. Next day I get a call saying that I don't have to pay for it if I don't want it and I told them not interested in doing business there ever again. More
