My husband was referred to the Friendly dealership by someone he works with. After researching the Dodge Dart for sometime, my husband finally decided to go in and talk to someone at the dealership. He was given Chris's name and went to talk to him but Chris told him he is now the manager and referred him to Bob "Lesko". My husband had talked to Bob at a previous visit. He wanted to purchase a Dodge Dart and had a list of requirments that he was looking for on this car. Bob went above and beyond to research this to find the exact color car with all the requirements my husband was looking for. We mentioned that we were going to finance through our credit union and told him the rate. Bob stated that the dealership could match this rate or get a lowere rate. Sure enough we were able to finance at a lower rate through the dealership. After closing the deal Bob phoned my husband to tell him that he could get another rebate that was missed at the earlier visit. AWESOME! We were grateful for Bob's friendliness, sense of humor and willingness to get the exact car my husband was looking to buy. Thank you Bob! He definately loves his job which was reflected by how we were treated during our dealings with him. We look forward to referring our friends and family to Bob in the future. My husband and I had already been to two dealerships and both our deals fell through; whether we couldn't agree on a price or the vehicle was no longer available. My husband and I did something that was out of our normal way of buying a car, we saw the vehicle we were interested in and called the internet number to the Chrysler dealership in Lapeer. We were transferred to Internet Sales Manager Sherry Hart, who was extremely pleasant and enthusiastic. Within five minutes of talking with Sherry Hart on the phone, her confidence and enthusiasm convinced us to give buying this car one more shot. Sherry confirmed the directions to the dealership and stated she was getting our car gassed up and washed for our purchase (we weren't completely sold on the vehicle but respected her confidence :) . We prepared our trade-in vehicle, along with what paperwork and information she told us was needed and we came down to the dealership. Service was very professional and friendly from the moment we arrived, Sherry had prepared the receptionist for our arrival and the receptionist immediately contacted Sherry along with offering us refreshments. By the way, you're the only dealership we have gone to with cappuccino - *yumm" :). Sherry Hart immediately found us and was very professional, enthusiastic, confident and made us feel at ease with all the steps in purchasing this veh. I am impressed on how this dealership's co-workers work so well together and operate smoothly from financing the purchase down to providing warranty options (Kudos to those co-workers who did their part so well). Sherry orchestrated all the necessary steps with the necessary people and we walked out of the dealership with a new vehicle in two and a half hours. My husband and I could not have been more pleased and pleasantly surprised at how smooth this purchase took place. Sherry Hart went out of her way to make a customer happy, she demonstrated integrity in pricing, she is very service oriented and goes out of her way to please the customer; she is an asset to Lapeer's Chrysler Dealership.
