Purchased used car I had taken my escape in for a recall service and was in need of a rental. Service dept so very friendly and polite. But I had been looking for an escape titanium. They had one I was interested in and Randy Weber, the Used car Manager, was very helpful as they just had gotten this one in the day before. Bruce Walker, my used car salesman, was the best! After he went over everything about the car, I told him I needed figures on my escape. Since it was in the service dept, needed to wait until it was done then they could give me an appraisal. I left in the rental to run errands and went back when my car was done. Bruce had everything taken care and had all the info I asked for. We came to an easy agreement on trading mine in on the titanium. Bruce made the buying experience very easy. I'm super pleased with everything! More
I have dealt with Jeff Harris, Bo, and Mike Albright on I have dealt with Jeff Harris, Bo, and Mike Albright on many occasions from replacing a transmission and oil changes, to this last trip with my AC on I have dealt with Jeff Harris, Bo, and Mike Albright on many occasions from replacing a transmission and oil changes, to this last trip with my AC on my Expedition. They are always upfront and trustworthy. The last trip in there with my AC, there was more wrong than expected (which was an upfront possibility) and they called before they did any work to fix it. They searched out the best deal for my money to fix my Expedition (which was using FORD parts I might add vs. aftermarket for a better warranty for just a few dollars more (less than $25 in my case)). I would highly recommend using this dealership for service. Tell them I sent ya! More

Customer service does not keep their word and does not pay attention to customer requests, nor do they communicate with each other. They rush vehicles out of the door with out making sure the work was don pay attention to customer requests, nor do they communicate with each other.
