Service department needs help Very difficult to get appointments for service even though my car was purchased there. I first tried a chat on line, was told the service dept would c Very difficult to get appointments for service even though my car was purchased there. I first tried a chat on line, was told the service dept would call back to confirm appointment. Two days later when I had not received a call back I called, was on hold for 5 minutes no answer! I finally did an appointment through Ford Pass! Got my 15,000 mile service done, cashier didn’t know how to redeem Ford Pass points... train your people Jim O’Neal Ford! More
