Have never had an issue with any service of either of my F150s until last visit on 6/17/24 brought in the 2019 F150 for the works service, check engine light was on also, one would have thought they would h F150s until last visit on 6/17/24 brought in the 2019 F150 for the works service, check engine light was on also, one would have thought they would have at least checked the code and informed me of what was needed, I know I would have to bring it back another time for the fix. I bought a brand new 23 ford escape last year. Jim o Neil has been the only dealership to touch my car in regard to an oil change and routine maintenance. We noticed some oil on our driveway, so m Jim o Neil has been the only dealership to touch my car in regard to an oil change and routine maintenance. We noticed some oil on our driveway, so my husband gets under my car and notices oil all over my skid plate. He takes the skid plate off and my car is leaking oil from the filter. My oil was below the fill line when we checked it. How awful. More
