Jim O'Neal really cares about their customers. Jason James made us feel important and comfortable for our entire purchasing experience. He does come across as your typical salesman type. He wasn't pushy and was very knowledgeable about the truck we bought. He took his time and showed all the features on our truck. We were there about six hours because of Ford's computer system being down but he offered to buy our dinner for our wait. All this and it was his day off. Wow. We definitely will be back. More
