The whole time I was there hè didn't make me feel any pressure to purchase the vehicle that day, in doing that I lost out on the car I wanted. I called the next day to tell Jim I wanted the car and he gave me the bad news that it had be sold. He apologized multiple times because heard the disappointment in my voice I really had my heart set on that SUV. He told the Store Manager about the situation and he called me apologizing as well. He than told me that the other SUV that was a year younger was still there and if I wanted it he would make sure that it wouldn't be sold. Needless to say that's what I did and got a GREAT deal on my Ford Explorer, Jim and the Store Manager have a heart!! More
