2014 Fusion I am extremely pleased with my purchase and my experience. I’m a hard person to deal with because I will not sit in a dealership and haggle price. I explained this up front and Bruce Walker welcomed the challenge. We test drove the car and discussed some specifics of what I wanted from the deal. Bruce contacted me the next day and we weren’t quite were we needed to be to seal the deal. We were gonna part company at that point. A short time later we spoke again. Still not there and I had made my mind up to love on with my search for a vehicle. The next day I called and spoke with Brandon in finance. We were able to close the gap enough to make the deal. After a visit to Jim O I was in the market for a car. I have driven many makes and models and had it narrowed down to what I thought I could afford. After a visit to Jim O'Neal Ford and meeting Jim Meagher we took a couple of cars out for a test drive. I fell in love with the Ford Edge. Jim worked with me to get my payments where I needed to be and for the car I wanted instead of just a car I could afford. He was friendly and treated us like family.
