Crappy Service I bought a 2017 Toyota Highlander which had a defect fuel gauge. This was back in October, 2017. The vehicle is supposed to be under warranty. I took I bought a 2017 Toyota Highlander which had a defect fuel gauge. This was back in October, 2017. The vehicle is supposed to be under warranty. I took the vehicle to the dealer for evaluation. They said they would order the order and call me to schedule and appointment to come in. Never hearing from them, I called the service dept. only to find out that the part I need was in Houston Texas. This was now before Christmas. I still haven't a word from them and don't even know if they got the needed part or not! I should not have to keep calling to find out what is going on. Once they make a sale, you don't get treated special and it is hard to get them to do what they are supposed to do. I have lost faith in them, and will not purchase from the dealer again. Their sales staff cannot even answer questions I had about the operation of the vehicle. When I asked them a question, they wanted to refer me to their service department. Their sales staff are untrained and incompetent. More
Still have not received my title Bought a 2015 Toyota Tacoma on 08/25/2017. Still have not received my title. JNT kept having me resign purchase contracts and getting a new paper tag. Every time I call they send me to Finance and a voicemail...I leave a message and it's not returned. I've left messages for Dexter...Mike and Justin. Now that funding has been approved by my lender (Wells Fargo) and I've already made my first payment...I still have NO TITLE and my tag expires in two days. I doubt JNT cares that I will accrue late penalties. I ask the receptionist to connect me to someone real and she sends me to voicemail. When I call back I go straight in to the automated call system. The I use a DIFFERENT phone and she answers (weird huh?). Then is it’s back to voicemail. I call back and guess what…immediately back in the automated call system. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE More
This dealership doesn't care about what they tell customers! I showed up and no one had any idea who I was or what I was looking for. I had to start all over again. Allen was called and didn't have the courtesy to introduce himself to me and/or apologize for any possible miscommunication....I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. Lincoln Weber did his best to help me without any support from anyone. I placed a deposit on the car and would return to purchase the car. In the meantime, I specifically asked if the navigation system was updated on the car and was told "yes it has the latest update". After I purchased the car, the navigation system hadn't been updated since original purchase in 2013. The dealership didn't care and then just said, you can buy an update. I asked for Allen and the General Manager to call me and they have yet to call me. I would not use this dealership since they seem to lack integrity and customer service. More
