From the initial call to schedule service to upon completion and checking out everyone was very friendly helpful in every way. I've used the service department several times, for oil changes, tire rotation and general maintenance questions, since I bought my car at Jim Glover in 2011. Any time I have had Kevin as a service helper he has been great. He always answers questions and gives explanations without hurrying you through, despite how busy they might be at the time, and gives out his business card to call him with any questions you might have later. Took my car into the service department and they were very helpful in helping assist me have some issues taken care of thru GM.
