Confusing overwhelming Brought my car for simple services including tire rotation and when I left the tire light came on brought it back and was told the censor was out. End Brought my car for simple services including tire rotation and when I left the tire light came on brought it back and was told the censor was out. Ended up coming 3 days in a row to get it fixed when it was fine when I brought it in. Had to refuse to pay and ask them to look up my warranty info which should have the first step if there was a problem. Not sure what happened but it did not until I let them align my front end and mess with my tires More

In previous years at other dealerships I was always pushed to purchase additiona I want to say thank you for making my trip for my oil change so easy. In previous years at other dealerships I was always pushed to purchase additional items including clips they broke off my vehicle. I would sit for hours to pay for service that had been promised with purchase of the vehicle only to walk away feeling as if I had just been ripped off. I was so pleased with the service call last week. I called the day before and was told to come on in. It took so little time that I didn't get settled into the lounge. They explained everything and made me feel like a VIP. No attempts to upsell and everything was perfect. thank you for treating me with respect. More
