Oil Change and Fluid top off and vacuum n wash My car was suppose to be vacuum washed fluids topped off... it was not all done and looked half done like when you tell your children to do something. My car was suppose to be vacuum washed fluids topped off... it was not all done and looked half done like when you tell your children to do something. The fluids weren't even topped of like the washer fluid it was empty... I was disappointed this is the 2nd time fluids haven't been topped off luke they are suppose to be I waited almost 2 hours so very disappointed More

Charged twice The advisor i worked with was very helpful and super informative. He stayed in contact with me through my entire service visit letting me know what is The advisor i worked with was very helpful and super informative. He stayed in contact with me through my entire service visit letting me know what is going on with my vehicle. He went above and beyond for me to get my warranty company to approve my work and for that i am VERY greatful. What i am not happy about is the fact that i was charged twice. After i got my vehicle and left i received a call stating i needed to pay an additional $25 after i already paid for the work that was done. He stated that they miss calculated. I feel as if that is not my fault. I paid the $25 but i shouldn’t have had to pay more than what’s i was quoted then on top of that i already left so i definitely shouldn’t have got a call asking me to pay more after i had already left the dealership and had my receipt for my visit. More
