Nice people but not thorough with their work These people are nice and helpful but their mechanics don’t double check their work or if they can’t figure out what’s wrong they’ll just say they did These people are nice and helpful but their mechanics don’t double check their work or if they can’t figure out what’s wrong they’ll just say they did something to it and it’s fixed but it’s not. Then they’ll tell you your truck will be ready on Saturday then when I call they said the advisor and mechanic doesn’t work on Saturday. Then when I go to pick it up I didn’t make it 2 blocks down the road and noticed my steering wheel was way crooked and then about 4 blocks later my service stabilitrac light comes on. Mechanic said he test drove it 10 miles but he’s lying because he would’ve noticed the steering wheel crooked. They also said they fixed my seatbelt not retracting properly but it still sucks and it’s exactly the same. There might be better dealers for service work. More

Always able to get me in immediately I have been late to every appointment due to it being difficult to get away from work. Lee always finds a way to fit me in, and has never made me fee I have been late to every appointment due to it being difficult to get away from work. Lee always finds a way to fit me in, and has never made me feel bad about it. And most recently it was for a FREE oil change only. So I know he is being sincere. I actually Loathe the sales department, but I have been treated like I mattered every time at the Service department. Thanks again Lee!! More
