Unsatisfied Again So let's just say that this is the third time I have complained about the air conditioner not blowing cold air on a 2017 Silverado. Same as before. Br So let's just say that this is the third time I have complained about the air conditioner not blowing cold air on a 2017 Silverado. Same as before. Bring it in while it is not working because they couldn't replicate the issue. Yes it is random but it is never doing it when at the dealership. And this is the third time the oil has been changed without them updating the reminder sticker on the windshield. Tires were rotated and,check and all four tires had vastly different air pressures. We bought our vehicles when Jim Glover (had been customers since the uear 2000) owned this dealership and then we're stuck here when they became Route 66. Service has been very disappointing since the change. Because of our warranty we are stuck with them until we Can afford to trade the vehicles and go with another dealer. More

I've been sexually harassed at this dealership on four different occasions in 4 years. I have had 12 loaner cars because my car has broken down Time After Time After Time. When I finally got my car back yesterday the outside was clean but the inside was filled with dust from the paint shop they did not care to clean out the inside or the inside windows knowing that I just had surgery and it would be hard for me to reach the front windshield from the inside. I am never going back to this dealership again. The GM Chuck told me in his exact words I quote " I don't care about the past sexual harassment what I care about is what's going on today tell me what you're upset about today" he also stated and I quote " if you have been sexually harassed four times and you have poor customer service then why do you keep coming back here?" Well sir I will not and I will make sure everybody I know knows the type of treatment that I did not deserve but I received from you and your staff. More

Good Customer Service Took my 2012 Dodge Ram in A/C was not working. At First was a bad experience left my truck and took the shuttle to work. No one called my all day hadbto call to get updates on truck, finally. Got a service person on the line, was busy advised when tech get a chance will pull truck in and diagnose. Get off work call to get picked up. By the time I got to dealership had diagnosed problem had to keep my truck over the weekend. Got setp with a loaner got my truck back by Tuesday evening. More
