Unprofessional Vehicle damaged while being serviced. Body damage and they say it was already there when we dropped it off. Rude and unprofessional. Lee said they would watch footage on cameras but more or less implied that we had done the damage before we had it serviced. The car already has damage on the hood from a previous incident (hit by a stolen car), and of course we were not able to recoup from insurance and we are coming out of pocket to keep from making a claim on our insurance. We are not dishonest folks and we take responsibility for our own actions. Wouldn’t hurt the dealership to do the same. Never doing business with the place again. More
