Friendly service experience I left time get past me and seen I had gone over on my mileage for my oil change. I don't typically have a lot of time off during normal service hours I left time get past me and seen I had gone over on my mileage for my oil change. I don't typically have a lot of time off during normal service hours but needed to take care of my oil. I called last minute and ask if I could get in and Danny Jones was so friendly and said sure come on over we can't take care of you today. I have never been so pleased to get my matenience covered as I am here at route 66. I really enjoy the visit. Never feel like I've been ripped off here like other places I've gone with other cars. Bad service when finding problem. I brought my camero in on April 8 and it took them until April 20 to fix it and the problem was two wires touching each other. They call and sa I brought my camero in on April 8 and it took them until April 20 to fix it and the problem was two wires touching each other. They call and said that a different guy was working on it Monday and he found what was wrong and fixed it the same day. They also gave me a car to drive that the tire kept going down and when I took it back twice the y gave me a car that was old school roll up windows and I had to physically lock all four doors.. More

Warranty issue Mike Renner is awesome and on point. He was able to move quickly to get me into another vehicle while keeping my truck for the warranty issue. Upon Mike Renner is awesome and on point. Upon returning to pickup my truck again he was able to process the transaction quickly and efficiently.
