Only lug nuts were left off my passages front tire Service that day was satisfactory . Ken was friendly we were done very quickly. BUT when I called the next day after noticing my passenger side front Service that day was satisfactory . Ken was friendly we were done very quickly. BUT when I called the next day after noticing my passenger side front tire only had two lug nuts they were instructed NOT to rotate my tires Iam not sure if they did and just forgot to put them back on or if they started and realize they weren’t suppose to and forgot them to put them back on . All I got when I called was no way this could of happen because they don’t mess with vehicle until they get instructions . I know that it is a routine thing to rotate tires and it has happen before at a service shop when I have ask not to my husband prefers to do that himself . That is a dangerous thing and I have a 3 yr who was riding in the vehicle that scares me what could of happened . And we have a 45 minute drive home at turnpike speed . More
