They are shady I highly advise you to not come here. They are shady. I came in with a coupon for their oil change and tire rotation, just under 30.00 which is a good I highly advise you to not come here. They are shady. I came in with a coupon for their oil change and tire rotation, just under 30.00 which is a good deal. I was in waiting room for service dept., approached by a salesman. No, I am not going to trade in my new 2018 car. Then the advisors come in and try to sell you filters. I explained that I could only do the oil change. I go to pay, and a 30.00 expense was over 70! They still changed the filter, and claimed I authorized it. How they got an authorization from mr saying I could only do the oil change?? He would not explain the bill to me! I was getting upset. They did a service I did not authorize. The service guy continues to argue. I demand they remove the filter, as I did not auth6it and that this is shady and I wanted a manager. The service guy goes off on me, and throw the paper down on the counter and yells at me. He finally gets the manager . This is the only time at my encounter at this dealership that was anywhere close to being on the positive scale. He listened to me and took the filters and labor off, so I only paid for the service I asked for. I still feel it is shady, coming in with filters, being approached by sales people while you are waiting in the service waiting area. Shady that they did this, and to be treated in such a disrespectful manner when I questioned the extra charges!!! Too me, it was theft by deception. I feel because I was a woman by myself, they were trying to pull one over on me. More

Very impressed The service advisor , Lee was very friendly and offered great advice on what my C5 Z06 could use for it’s 50,000 service. He said they don’t normally do that but he would see if they could. My vette came back looking like brand new! He also made sure that there were no oily prints , inside and out. Great job guys! More
